All the rooms of The Lindenhof Bed & Breakfast have a vintage look and feel, and each one is unique in its character and décor. I have carefully tried to furnish the rooms with items specialized to each theme as well as providing the comforts of home. Some of which include high-quality linens, robes and flip flops, shampoo and conditioner, soaps and hair dryers. Two rooms have clawfoot “Champagne Massage” tubs for two; all rooms have individual bathrooms with showers. There are two rooms on each level, main and first floor.
All rooms come with a bountiful breakfast in the morning…cookies, home-baked breads, fresh fruit and other goodies. The beverage station Keurig will be stocked with coffees, teas and seasonal beverages as well the mini fridge with a cold beverage selection, located in the sunroom.
Whether indoors enjoying the hearth room or outdoors in the beautiful patio setting, the stone fireplace will keep you warm at night. Inviting you to grab a glass of wine or hot beverage and bask in the glow and enjoy conversation with the other guests. Or maybe a soak in the outdoor hot tub under a full moon, while listening to the wind chimes gently blowing and the hoot of an occasional owl. Relax and enjoy the peace, quiet and tranquility.
Lindenhof Bed & Breakfast Policies
Reservations & Cancellations:
I agree to contact the owner as soon as possible if a cancellation is necessary, so that all attempts can be made to rebook the room.
I understand and agree that I may cancel up to 14 days in advance without incurring any charges.
I understand that bookings of 3 or 4 rooms require payment in full in advance, and 14 days’ notice of cancellations.
I understand and agree that for group bookings, each room should be held and paid for in advance by the occupant, so that I am not held liable due to their cancellation. Or the credit card on file will be charged for all rooms.
I understand and agree that all room cancellations between 14 and 4 days in advance that cannot be rebooked will result in the issuance of a gift certificate for a weekday stay in lieu of a refund minus credit card processing fees. Or you may choose to pay a 20% cancellation fee plus credit card processing fees if you will not be returning to the area to use a gift certificate. Gift certificate stays that cancel (second cancellation) are non-refundable. All cancellations that are rebooked are subject to a $10 cancellation fee as well as credit card processing fees.
I understand that room cancellation within 72 hours of reservation day will result in no refund if the room cannot be rebooked. No exceptions.
Payment must be made at time of booking with Visa/MC/Discover. Your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received. You will be e-mailed a confirmation letter once you have paid for your room.
Check In/Out:
Check-in time is flexible within reason. My preference is to get you checked in early enough to enjoy the area, usually between 1pm to 2 pm. But I can work with earlier or later times. I do ask you to either list a check-in time on your reservation or call to verify your check-in time. I RESPECTFULLY ASK THAT IF YOU CAN’T CHECK IN AT YOUR DESIGNATED TIME TO PLEASE CALL TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. Check-out time is at 11AM.
Smoking:
This is a non-smoking bed and breakfast with smoking permitted in the garden area or private porch.
Children & Pets:
The vintage and romantic setting is not suitable for children or pets.
Rates:
Weekday Rates: Checking in on Monday through Thursday (No Holidays), includes full breakfast. Single nights OK. Check availability here and reserve a room online or call me at 636-228-4617. I will accommodate early check-ins when possible, and we encourage early check-ins to enjoy the area.
Weekend Rates: Checking in on Friday through Sunday, includes full breakfast. Two-night minimum stay from April-November weekends (single night stays will be subject to a $20 cleaning fee), Dec-April single night stays on weekends are okay. Check availability here and reserve a room online. If you prefer, I can also be reached at 636-228-4617. Be sure to read and accept the inn’s policies and cancellation requirements when you reserve a room.
Group Stays: If you want to book the whole house for your group, the home is set up to accommodate 8 adults, 2 per room. We are now offering un-hosted stays to groups at reduced rates. There is a two-day minimum for whole house rentals. This does not include the kitchen. If this arrangement suits you, please call us regarding special pricing, deposits and cancellations.

Our main purpose in collecting your personal information is to provide you with a streamlined experience in making reservations at the Lindenhof Bed & Breakfast. We only collect information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this. Personally identifiable information is only obtained when making a reservation. All identifiable information provided will not be disclosed to anyone unless we are specifically requested to do so. The Lindenhof Bed & Breakfast does not give or sell to anyone any information we collect on our site. We may amend the Privacy Statement in order to meet changes in the regulatory environment, business needs or to satisfy the needs of our guests, our property, strategic marketing partners and/or service providers.
